TRAINING
How many training modes are available?
AIMFORGE has six modes: four Training Modes (Precision, Tracking, 6 Targets, Reaction Time) and two Warmup Modes (Eye Flick, Eye Track). See the
Training Guide for details on each mode.
How long should I train each day?
We recommend 15 to 30 minutes of focused training per day. Consistency is more important than duration — short daily sessions produce better results than occasional long ones.
What is the difference between Training Modes and Warmup Modes?
Training Modes (Precision, Tracking, 6 Targets, Reaction Time) are scored exercises designed to improve specific aim skills. Warmup Modes (Eye Flick, Eye Track) are unscored 60-second exercises meant to prepare your eyes and reflexes before a training session or gaming session.
Which mode should I start with as a beginner?
Start with Eye Flick and Eye Track to warm up, then move to Precision on Easy difficulty with Large targets. Once your accuracy is consistently above 70%, try reducing the target size or increasing the difficulty.
SCORING & GRADES
How is the score calculated?
In Precision and 6 Targets modes, your score is calculated as Hits × Accuracy%. This rewards both speed and precision equally. In Tracking mode, score increases every frame your crosshair is on the moving target.
How are grades determined?
Grades (S, A, B, C, D) are based on your score relative to a theoretical maximum for the selected mode and target size. The reference thresholds are shown on the result screen after each session.
What is a good reaction time?
An average human reaction time is around 250ms. Achieving under 200ms is considered excellent for gaming. Under 150ms is considered pro-level. Note that reaction time varies based on factors like fatigue, monitor refresh rate, and input latency.
Why does my score decrease even when I hit targets?
In Precision mode, letting a target expire without clicking counts as a miss and reduces your accuracy. Since score is calculated as Hits × Accuracy%, a drop in accuracy will lower your score even if your hit count increases.
TECHNICAL
What browser should I use?
AIMFORGE works best on modern browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. We recommend using the latest version of your browser for the best performance.
Does monitor refresh rate affect training?
Yes. AIMFORGE uses requestAnimationFrame to sync with your monitor's refresh rate, so higher refresh rate monitors (144Hz, 240Hz) will display smoother target movement. The game speed is normalized so it remains consistent regardless of refresh rate.
Can I customize the crosshair color?
Yes. The crosshair color can be changed using the color selector in the bottom bar. Six preset colors are available: white, cyan, green, red, gold, and pink.
